These forums are the centres for public and private discussion concerning matters of the Galactic Sovereignty. The first represents a completely public forum for the discussion of matters concerning the people and places of the Sovereignty. The second forum is only for Officials, Nobility, and Royalty, and is specifically for the purpose of discussion on the topics of law, military, and foreign affairs. Any inappropriate topics presented there-in shall be deleted. The latter is the forum for proposing new law or mandate.
It is procedure to put your proper name and title with each post that you make, as well as the e-mail address that you use specifically for the Sovereignty. Failure to do so shall void the post.
